When you visit our website https://www.Tripographer.com (the " Website"), use our mobile application (the " App") and more generally, and use any of our services (the " Services", which include the Website and App), we appreciate that you are trusting us with your personal information. In this privacy notice, we seek to explain what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it. If there are any terms in this privacy notice that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our Services immediately. This privacy notice applies to all information collected through our Services (which, as described above, includes our Website and App), as well as, any related services, sales, marketing or events.
INFORMATION COLLECTION:
Personal information provided: We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, when you participate in activities on the Services or when you contact us such as names; phone numbers; email addresses; usernames; passwords; birth date, gender. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with Tripographer's services, the choices you make and the products and features you use. We may provide you with the option to register with us using existing account details, such as Facebook, Instagram or Google. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect the information available from account registration. All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
Information automatically collected: Some information such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics is collected automatically when you visit Tripographer Services. We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, geolocation, information about how and when you use our Services and other technical information.
Information collected through in-app permissions: Geolocation Information: We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our App, to provide certain location-based services. Mobile Device Access: We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's camera, contacts, social media accounts, and other features. Push Notifications: We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the App. Third-Party Permissions: We by default access your account basic account information from third party accounts you grant us permission to, including your name, email, gender, birthday, current city, and profile picture URL, as well as other information that you choose to make public. We may also request access to other permissions related to your account, such as friends. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media providers. We recommend that you review their privacy notice to understand how they collect, use and share your personal information, and how you can set your privacy preferences on their sites and apps.

If you choose to link your account with us to a third-party account (such as your Google or Social Media account), we use the information you allowed us to collect from those third parties. We may use information to publish testimonials about our Services, we will first ask for consent if personal information such as a name is included. We may use your information to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our Services. We may use your information in order to enable user-to-user communications with other users. We may use your information for the purposes of managing our account. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND DATA REMOVAL

If you request to terminate your account, upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES
The Services may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by parties other than Tripographer. Such hyperlinks are provided for your reference only. Tripographer does not control such websites and is not responsible for their contents or the privacy or other practices of such websites. Further, it is up to you to take precautions to ensure that whatever links you select or software you download (whether from this or any other website) is free of such items as viruses, worms, trojan horses, defects and other items of a destructive nature. Tripographer inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of the material on such third party websites or apps or any association with their operators.
In some cases, you may be asked by a third party site or app to link your Tripographer account profile to a profile on another third party site. You are responsible for deciding if you choose to do so, it is purely optional, and the decision to allow this information to be linked can be disabled (with the third party site or app) at any time. If you do choose to link your Tripographer account to a third party site or app, the third party site or app will be able to access the information you have stored on your Tripographer account, including information regarding other users with whom you share information. You should read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the third party sites and apps that you visit as they have rules and permissions about how they use your information that may differ from the Services, including our websites. We encourage you to review these third party sites and apps and to use them at your own risk.
Third-Party Suppliers.** Tripographer is not a travel agency and does not provide or own transportation services, accommodations, restaurants, tours, activities or experiences. Although Tripographer displays information about properties owned by third-party suppliers and facilitate reservations with certain suppliers on or through Tripographer websites, such actions do not in any way imply, suggest, or constitute Tripographer sponsorship or approval of third-party suppliers, or any affiliation between Tripographer and third-party suppliers. Although Account Holders may rate and review particular transportation services, accommodations, restaurants, tours, activities or experiences based on their own experiences, Tripographer does not endorse or recommend the products or services of any third-party suppliers. Tripographer does issue certain businesses awards that are based on the reviews posted by Account Holders. Tripographer does not endorse any Content posted, submitted or otherwise provided by any user or business, or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and Tripographer expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with such Content. You agree that Tripographer** is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of information they obtain from third-party suppliers and display on the Services.
If you book a reservation with a third-party supplier, then in addition to this Agreement, you agree to review and be bound by the supplier's terms and conditions of purchase and website use, privacy policy, and any other rules or policies related to the supplier's site or property. Your interactions with third-party suppliers are at your own risk. Tripographer will have no liability with respect to the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any third-party suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from your interactions with third-party suppliers.
The Services may link you to supplier sites or other sites that Tripographer does not operate or control.
